If you want to pay your annual dues using your Disney VISA, then call Member accounting and they will process it just like any other charge to your charge card.
If you have reward points from your Disney VISA, and you have changed them into a rewards card (almost looks like a gift card that you get from Chase after you redeem your rewards), then you call Member accounting and they will process it just like any charge to the rewards card.
Remember that once you redeem your reward points to a rewards card that they have a finite date they must be used by or you will lose them. Don't put more on the rewards card than you think that you will use before it expires. Chase can tell you when the card will expire if you are ordering a new one.
It's nice to get rewards for spending money that you would spend anyway!
