I still can not pay our annual dues online. This has been going on since November when 2013 VFG dues were due.
We have three memberships numbers and I have tried all of them and I keep receiving this message:
We are unable to process your payment at this time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process your online payment due to a system issue. Please try again later or contact Member Accounting at (800) XXXXXX or (407) 566-3800 for assistance with your payment. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this matter.
Last time I spoke with MS they said they were having some issues that should be fixed shortly, but that was almost three weeks ago.
Today I send them a email message, hoping for a response.
Anyone else experiencing this?
