Pay My Balance Online

So when I booked my December trip I was able to go in and pay portions of my balance online at the Disney website. I have since booked my June trip and for some reason the pay online is unavailable. Is this a glitch or are others seeing this is gone?
 
Did you make any changes over the phone? if so you will not be able to pay online and will have to call to make payments. If not then im not sure. It might just be a glitch or they could be working on the site

That's not true - i have made TONS of changes over the phone and it has NEVER effected me being able to play online

OP - do you have a package or a Room Only Reservation?

Well every time i have made a change over the phone i was no longer able to make payments online. When i asked about this in Oct they said it was because i i had modified my reservation over the phone and when i do that it will no longer let me make payments. Just passing info a CM told me. Which i know can differ depending on who you ask.

I only have a room reservation because I already have an annual pass. Could that be why?

Yes, that's why. Room only you have to call to make payment, or they charge your card upon check in. I don't understand the reasoning why, but that's the way they do it for some reason.

You're welcome. I had the same question the first time I booked room only with my AP. Anytime I have to call I get annoyed b/c it seems inefficient :rotfl:

This is the case for me as well.
I have yet to call about it. I keep saying meh tomorrow lol.
 
I was able to make the initial deposit online but now that feature is no longer available, perhaps that is how it was intended to work. Will also have to call disney to pay the balance when it becomes due.

If you have a room only reservation, then you will have to either call to make payments OR they will charge you for the full amount at checkin
