Pay for sitting up front in the monorail?

Nope, not at all. It's always been First Come First Serve for the front cab...

I actually just got off the phone with WDWTC... and they confirmed what we all know... there is no voucher, and never has been.

Now on e-bay it says

( The seller ended this listing early to sell to the high bidder(s) at current bid price. )

What a bad seller takes all kinds anymore.

Yep 1st come 1st serve we have waited some times for 15 or 20 min to ride in the front.

I also e-mailed the seller. I nicely said that if she purchased this from someone, them she was scammed and that she should not perpetuate this dishonesty. I explained how it works to ride up front and suggested she cancel her auction before it closes. Her reply was nasty and hateful. She's definitley not one of us! :p

By the way, has anyone checked out some of her other auctions?

She's selling some RARE hard to get America Online disks for a value price of $19.95... anyone want some???

:jester: :jester:  :p :D :smooth:

Are those the ones that come free with my subscription to People magazine??;) ;) ;)

Guess she pulled the rare AOL disks, she has nothing listed for auction, perhaps someone pulled the plug on this nut.

LOL!! Hopefully your right Gail!!

....I'm think'in she now may realize that.....

......it don't pay to 'mess with der mouse' ! ;) :)

It's unfortunate what some sellers resort to on Ebay, but what's more unfortunate is that buyers don't do a little research before bidding on an item.

It amazes me what some people try to pull on Ebay! I'm so glad you all complained. My husband and I work very hard at making the DCL navigators available free on our website, and every now and then some losers will sell them...I've seen them go for over $30!!! Of course the description always says "Not available anywhere." Duh! I guess my website isn't "anywhere!" And one of the sellers makes the information private so the buyers can't be alerted.
And once we noticed that a decorative "WD" was missing from one of the theater seats. I joked with hubby that it would probably show up on Ebay, and sure enough...voila!! That one was pulled thanks to DISers' complaints too, although the guy was like the monorail seller and very abusive with emails and even posting on the cruise line board.
I guess it takes all kinds, but to me they are the lowest of the low.

Well at least I'm not the only one that recieved the nasty message from her. I use to work Travel company and I still know people that work in the res center and I checked with them and there is no such pass that they gave away as part of a package. I'm gonig to be sending her message to MSN as soon as I find a complaint department.

This is the actual responce that I got from her:
I got this voucher straight from the Walt Disney World Travel Company in a package I bought. So you work for Disney? Then check with the travel company if you don't believe it! I am forwarding a copy of your insulting, ignorant, abusive e-mail to the eBay abuse department for abusing the "ask seller a question" feature. They do place a mark on your account for abusive, hateful e-mails to another member.
Get a life.

Here is her E-mail address: totalsportingsupply@msn.com

I just sent a message to her ISP. If you would like to do the same use this link: ********************************
I hope that they will do something to her.

I also sent her an email and I got the same response about her receiving it from her WDW Travel Company package. She also said I was the 10th person who sent her an "abusive" email and she didn't appreciate it. Also, if I didn't like it that I should check with the WDTC to verify that it was true.

I also sent the first bidder an email. I can only imagine that that person thinks we must be nuts. All these strangers coming to her aid!! LOL:) I gave her the dis website address so I hope she'll find us and educate herself and learn that she doesn't need that voucher.:) God is watching over us watching others who need WDW advice. (now I know I'm obsessive!!).

Take care,

Anna

I was being sarcastic about the AOL disks... lol... :)

I sent an email to that buyer and informed them of this "scam".
With any luck they can retract the bid because of this scam also, if ebay reacts the way we hope they do, they will nullify the bid and the auction.

Is this the two wrongs make a right thread?

1. Emailing someone's bidders in an Ebay auction is auction interference and big Ebay no-no (Ebay Policy on Auction Interference). If the bidders report the messages you have sent them, you will get a warning from Ebay for auction interference.

2. Posting the person's email address without their knowledge and permission is totally inappropriate.
