Pay extra for champagne at Chef Mickey's

We are having Sunday breakfast/brunch at Chef Mickey's can we order (for an additional charge) mimosas, bloody marys and champagne with breakfast?

I am not sure the bar is open that early. I believe it opens at 11:00 am.

I will be having breakfast at Chief Mickeys on my 40th birthday.....any ideas how to make it special.I quite liked the idea of a champagn breakfast
