my dd is getting married this year (escape wedding about 25people) and she would rather we do a welcome or farewell party at the campground-we have been staying at the fort since her first trip, the year she was born. I think it might be too much to try to organize, but she is looking forward to this. I remember Disney use to do a lemonade social at this spot, now I think its just used for games? Has anyone seen people use it? any info would be very helpful. Thanks

I assume you are talking about the picnic shelter over by the tennis courts in the Meadows area. Last October there was a pretty large birthday party being held there, so it is available for private use. I would call the front desk and see what you have to do to reserve it.

I totally agree... I couldn't believe it when Pete Werner got Toy Story Mania rented for a private party! Cost an arm and a leg, and the promise of a kidney if needed, but they will rent anything!
