Patterson Court is right across the street (Grand Magnolia Avenue) from Chatham Square. I don't have any pictures yet, but Joanna I believe does has some, hopefully she'll post 'em!

Yeah, it's a twin (which I hated. I missed my double). I just had really bulky bedding.

Yeah, my roomie decided to decorate the fridge.

Yeah, they don't. It's a pain, especially when it's raining, late at night, or after shopping (and I did all 3). I haven't heard anything about adding the buses there, and I have a feeling they won't be (unfortunately).

Joanna is right - there are no immediate plans for a bus stop. When it is raining pretty hard there is one bus driver that will take us home - that's nice. But don't count on it!

There's a pool and gym in the center of the complex, near the clubhouse.

As in the above map, Patterson Court is across the street from Chatham Square. It's maybe a two-three minute walk from the PC entrance to the CS bus stop.

Yeah, there is a pool (it's pretty nice). It's in the back, next to the clubhouse.

And Patterson is only about a 3-minute walk away from Chatham.

I did the CP in the Spring of 2007 and never heard about them building another complex. I don't know if they had it in the works then or what, but I am very impressed with the pictures that are up here. I applied for a number of professional internships but if I do not get any of those I was planning on doing the college program again. I lived in Vista my first time and was wondering what the atmosphere is like at Patterson. I loved the atmosphere at Vista (partying and outgoingly friendly people). Is Patterson a fun place to live or is it more like Chatham? I loved Vista but if the NEW place is fun too, I would rather live there!
