I had made some comments on disney not providing card counts for Diabetic kids on a few sites. Well i got a pleasant call from this gentleman. I explained it was out first trip since my 4 yr old was diag. and how neverous i was. he reassured me that they were there to help and if they could do anything let them know. I did ask if there was any way when i check in to get a room closer to Port Royal. 1 day later Patrick called back and said YES he made arrangements for us to be over near Port royal, incase of any late nights lows or problems. THANK YOU PATRICK!! One less worry now if i could just arrange the bday cake , i working on!!
