I remembered once that someone commented on the cheap, plastic patio furniture at the BCV.

Well I know first hand now why that is. Hurricanes. Disney has to bring in the furniture during a storm and they don't want anything very heavy to deal with quickly. The furniture has to be stored in each guest room. It would be kinda hard to do with heavy, furniture.

We were very glad to have the light weight plastic type in our room so we could easily stack it in a corner.

Good Point!

I just drug my heavy metal furniture back outside last night - plastic would have been nice...

I guess I didn't think of this perspective. You kinda get spoiled at OKW since a 1-2 BR will swallow the balcony furniture with room to spare. :cool2:

I don't know...
Good point, but AKL has fairly heavy, nice patio furniture. And this is a new resort.

Yea we also had the light plastic furniture from Beach Club Villas, so that was easy to bring in. Sammie what room in the villas did you stay in? We stayed in 128, first floor facing the villa pool in the corner next to some stairs.
