Has anyone recieved another email coupon on their birthday? My DD got one last year and I didn't know if they would send her another one this year or is it only a one time thing per email not every year?

I checked the small print on this awhile back and it does say one time only. If you have another email address, it should work, not that I would know or anything....

Is your DD over 21? Did they check ID? DS just got one of these but he's not quite old enough to use it. I didn't realize there was an age limit until now.

They didn't check our ID when we used it last year. It was my mom's certificate (she was with us) and we paid with our credit card.
