Patina Birthday $30 Question

Does anyone know if I can use both the $30 birthday certificate and a Patina gift card obtained with American Express points in the same transaction at Naples?

I don't see why not, the gift card is like using cash/credit so you would pay the difference after the $30 birthday coupon is subtracted from the check.
