With ALL good news! Everything looked fine with no sign of cancer.
I'm slowly planning to get back to my eating program beginning monday. I've been eating carbs all day long --- whatever felt good at the time. Plus I've been having meals brought in and it just seemed easier to eat what was brought. Monday begins a slow carb cleanse. I don't think I can go drastic right now or it might really bring me 'down'. So, monday begins 'one carb a day'. I will allow myself ONE high carb food each day for the next week and then see if I am ready to go low carb the following week. So, keep bringing on the corn on the cob and whoopie pies BUT it will be no more than ONE ITEM each day!
