Path between Poly and GF - still open?

With the construction going on at the GF, is the walking path between the Poly and the GF still open? Thanks!

I was wondering this as well. I can't quite tell from ariel photos. We love to walk over to the Poly for a snack at Captain Cook's. My kids like to see all of the couples' names in the bricks on the sidewalk. Anyone there now that can answer this question?
