Does anyone know if Minnie says "Pata Pata" in the Jammin' Jingle Parade like she does in the Jammin' Jungle Parade?

Anyone?

Thanks. :wizard:

Pata pata! Pata pata! I am wondering too Andrabell!
Thanks for posting! :wizard:

So that's what she says in the regular parade? I've never been able to understand her or Goofy. Is there a script anywhere online so I can figure out what Goofy's saying?

I love that soundtrack! I always get excited when they play it on any of the Live365 stations! This is me when it comes on: :cool1:

I think she is saying "Pata pata". Now what "pata pata" actually means is another story!!

im mexican, so i understand what "pata pata" (minie's line) and "mas que nada" (goofys line) meen, "pata" can be a girl duck like daisy or an animals feet, "mas que nada" meens more than nothing, but for us it not meens literaly that, it has another meening that because of my "not fluent" english I cant explain, sorry :earboy2: hope this will help you

this is the first time I write a mesage here , hope this wont be the last :wave2: :disrocks:

If you're a bit younger, you don't know, but these were actually two popluar songs in the '60's and 70's.

Yes, they were played on music stations (not "Top 40" rock stations) around the country.

"Mas Que Nada" was very popular and performed by Sergio Mendez's "Brazil '66" (vocal group).

"Pata Pata" was made popular in the US by Meriam Makeba, an African singer.

I was surprised and happy to hear these songs used again in such a FUN parade.

Thanks, Robo! That explains so much. I love the song from the Jammin' Jungle Parade and my sister (Steamboat Girlie) and I always say "Pata Pata" to each other when we call on the phone.

No, Minnie does not "Pata Pata" during the holiday parade, instead, she's singing Deck the Halls

I think that hearing Minnie say Pata Pata was one of the things I was most looking forward to this trip. Ah, well, we shall enjoy the parade anyway!
