Have our itinerary all completed except for one more restaurant. Would a family with three boys ages 9, 12 & 15 be more welcome/enjoy more at Pastamore or Margaritaville? Can't decide!

You'd be welcome at both - but I think you'd enjoy Margaritaville more. I've eaten at both and Pastamore has very good food - but it's more of your typical Italian restaurant. Margaritaville has people making balloon animals and hats and the Margarita volcanoe and all sorts of cool stuff! We went 2 years ago and had a blast.

I'd have to agree with Debbie. The atmosphere is very upbeat. But if Margaritaville has a long wait and you're hungry, often Pastamore will have tables free.

We want to go to Margaritaville during our stay on a Monday night (week before Memorial Day). Staying at Hard Rock. Do you think it will be necessary to get a referred seating request? If so, how far in advance? We plan to go ~7 or 8pm. Primetime, I imagine. Can we request PS from consierge (sp?) at Hard Rock or is there a special # to call?
Thanks,
Ellen

It's called Priority Seating and, yes, the concierge can handle it for you.

I vote for Margaritaville, if only for the themeing and the attendant fun. Pastamore is "just" a restaurant, and you can find its equivalent in virtually any other city. But there are just a few Margaritavilles!

I shoud have just stuck with PS and been done with it! I've read your 2003 US book cover to cover, highlighted, dogeared--I should have known better!
