I ran into the same thing last year trying to get a last carb meal in before the half marathon. I ended up doing Tusker House and having a lot of the vegetable dishes and cous cous (which has about the same carb structure as normal pasta).
If you really want Pasta I would look at the restaurant at the Italy pavilion or DTD. I also think the ESPN zone had a pasta dish and their food is quite good.
