Past pass 30 days prior to trip

We are staying off site, so we can't do our fast passes online until 30 days before. We are planning park days to be August 19-21. We may add a 4th day...not sure yet. Are we still going to be able to do fast passes a head of time, or do you think time slots will all be taken by people who can start theirs 60 days prior? We are going with a 3 year old (almost 4) and 2-12 year olds. The twins were at Disney 4 years ago and we did 5 days, park hoppers and went in February so we pretty much hit every ride and every inch of the parks. Because we are traveling with a little one this time, we thought 3-4 days at the parks will be plenty....and we may not aim for all the bigger rides.

The only things that MIGHT not be available at 30 days would be the Anna/Elsa M&G and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Everything else should have plenty of availability at 30 days.
