Past October room discounts

Hello everyone,

I'll be there for my weddingmoon in Oct. 2005. I am hoping for a room only discount code on a moderate resort. Anyone who was just there this past October, can you tell me what discounts you got.

We took advantage of a great deal-booked 2 resorts-BWI CL for DH and I and CBR WV Pref. for the kids on the pay for 5 stay for 7 - so two nights free and then we booked 2 extra nights at a discounted rate (I think it was a AAA rate)! This was just this past October-I'm pretty sure they had AP disc also.

Congrats to you and your prince. Disney in October is wonderful and a great place to weddingmoon -I'm jealous .
We were there this past October- 10/30-11/07- stayed at the POFQ standard view for 89.00 a night(inc. tax). That was an AP rate but I know they had postcard rates and general public rates for the same.

How did you like FQ? I stayed there 10 years ago and loved it. This past Feb. I stayed at POR. For our weddingmoon I am hoping to stay at CBR.

We stayed at the CBR this past October, we got a postcard in the mail. The rate was 99.00 a night for a King bed room. Had a great 4 day spur of the moment trip to Disney.

We had the code BAT for WL at ~169 courtyard view, and Poly for $235 a night this year, 10/5-10/10. the code came out I believe like the first part of Sept. I go ahead and book what I thought I could afford now and pay my deposit. Then when and if the code comes out just call and apply it. They'll apply the credit to your account. I did that and was able to shift all around. I had WL at $300 a night and AKL at ~150. Applied the code to WL and took the credit toward balance, then switched AKL to Poly and paid the difference of the deposit. I won't split stays aain though, especially during the Mickey's not so scary halloween party, which will be going on when you're there. Try for tickets, it's well worth the money to see the special parade, decor and fireworks. Have a blast and congratulations!

We loved it! Everything seemed to be fresh-since it was remodeled and re-opened in May. I really enjoyed the theming and the grounds were beautiful-not over-done. I loved the fact that it was a small scale resort. I liked the fact that everything/place was relatively close. I loved being able to take the boat to DTD. I also liked that it only has one bus stop and is the 1st pickup when they share with POR.
We are going this Xmas-staying at the Poly-but I will definitely go back to POFQ.

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! I just got married this past March. My husband and I stayed at POR in October. I think our rate was $79 or 84 without tax. It was a Florida resident rate.
