Any ideas how to change your password while already logged in if you don't remember your original password? I don't want to log off because I don't know if I will have the option to log back in with a "forgot your password" prompt. I need to change my email address to update it.

As far as I can see, you need your original password before you can change it.

There is a "forgot your password" prompt on the log in page.

Are you sure you have to log out to change your email? When I go to Account Settings my email address has a "Change" button next to it.
