I had a bad day at work so I headed to the bookstore where I stumbled :rolleyes1 upon the PassPorter Deluxe edition. I'd never heard of passporter before and I was reading a thread about how people stay organized when planning their Disney trips. Someone mentioned the PassPorter and how they love it, etc., etc. So when I happened upon it at the bookstore I just had to take it out of the box and take a closer look. This thing is great! Any tips on how best to use it? I'm so excited! :woohoo: (DH is gonna give me that look when he finds out I paid 39.95 for it.)

We love ours! It is so nice to have everything all together in one place. As an added bonus, you can buy refills of the pockets! We have 2 trips in the works right now so we bought 2 new sets of pass pockets.

I have all the info for our next trip (next week, yeah me!) in the PassPorter, and I took the pockets for our Aug trip and put zip ties on them to hold them together.

I am pretty sure you can also buy the new edition of the book portion as a refill also.

I just ordered one from amazon- got the deluxe edition for 26.37 and free shipping! :cool1: The only bad thing is I have to wait till March 3 to get it!! UGGGGGGGGGGGGGG don't they know I can't wait that long!!!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: I wait it now!!! So excited- this is my first time getting one but have heard how great they are. :cool1:

Okay, so I have a question for you PassPort experts. Where do you put your ADR list? The page in the book isn't big enough for me (I have at least 20 to plan.) Right now I have all my ADR's on an Excel spreadsheet. Should I print them out and stick them in the yellow folders? Any suggestions are helpful. Thanks a bunch!

We do love the PassPorters!! I keep a copy of my ADRs in the yellow folder part. That way if there was any problems with the ADR, I don't have to have to carry the whole book. I think it is a wonderful guide to have.

I also bought the passporter 06 edition and am obbsessed with it i bought envelopes to put in the passpockets and wrote down my adrs and important notes and such on the postcards lamentated them and stuck them in the envelope which is labeled with the parks name where going to. This seems silly to do but that way when where out the door instead of bringing the whole book with me i just look for the passpocket of the day take out the envelope and im on my way and i save all the reciepts and such in the envilope so that i can put it back in the passpocket and fill out the pocket at night when my boys going to sleep. I love it because it holds everything and the maps are great and best of all i can save it as a memory book or reuse it on the many trips i plan on going on with my boy.

I love my Passporter. I haven't done much with it yet as I am still reading through the UG. But that is my next project after I have all my plans set in stone. I did however, start filling out res #'s on the dates we already have planned. It's so fun planning! :cheer2:

I love mine. I print out all ADR's off my spreadsheet and keep that folded in the front pocket. :)

:teeth: I love my passporter deluxe too! I keep a "master list" of the ADRs & then I write them on each day's pocket page in the back of the book. :)
In case I lose the list, I can copy the info from the pages. ;)

I lovethe Passporter- I am always carrying it around everywhere I go. I tell everyone that I expect my royalty checks any day now, I do so much free advertising and impromptu sales pitches!! :rotfl:

I love my Passporter too!! I don't have the deluxe (didn't see it at B&N) but the regular version is working just great! :)

LOVE my Passporter. It is going to be "dog-earred" soon. I have the regular spiral bound edition, but I am going to spring for the Deluxe for my next one.

I've tried alot of guide books, but I always end up going back to my Passporter, I don't even bother buying the others now.

I Looovvveeee  My Passporter. I bought my first one in 2001 - regular version. Had a great time with it. When they had a sale on the 1999 & 2000 versions I bought them to put all my stuff from previous trips into. I bought the deluxe version in 2002 and have been buying the updates ever since.

I have been waiting :hourglass for the Disneyland one to come out and it is finally available for preorder. :hyper:

When I am finished with a year and have the new update, I take out the old year and tie it off with string and use rubber bands to keep it closed. It is usually over stuffed since lately we have been taking 2 to 3 trips a year. I usually have to buy extra yellow envelopes.

I love my passporter too! I love being able to record the receipts and make notes of what was done each day, almost like a little diary:) I bought mine directly through passporter.com

I just ordered the deluxe edition from Amazon for $26...can't wait for it to get here! I have the Amazon prime or whatever it's called (the free shipping), but paid $4 for next day. My confirmation says it'll be here Monday! Yay!! :cool1:

Where do you get the extra envelopes? I saw the spiral bound at B & N....but I don't want to carry that whole thing around with me when we get there. It sounds like the extra envelopes can be left out of a book which would allow me to take one for each day...is that right?

I also love my deluxe passporter! I have made dividers breakdown each day. I put all the daily info ie- ADR, EMH, plans etc. on the free trip planner on the unofficial guide website! It fits in the passporter. I use the pockets for notes and maps, all the stuff I do not want to leave behind. Also print out the blank pages of the passporter website to track what we want to buy, packing lists, food shopping lists. If I lost the passporter all disney plans would come to a screeching halt!
