Passport Vs. Passport Card in Mexico

Hi all! We are cruising to Cozumel and Castaway in February. The last DCL trip we went on we used our passport card to exit and enter the ship, but we were only in Nassau and Castaway. Can we use our passport cards in Cozumel as well or do I need to bring our big passports?

Your passport cards will work fine as ID. It's up to you if you want the added security of being able to fly home from Mexico or the Bahamas, which you would not be able to do without a lot of hassle with just a passport card. You could always leave your passports in your room safe.
