passport suggestions?

I am attempying to make a passport using Natalies (I think) designs, all the pics I print are blurry, I set the printer to print best quality but it didnt make any difference. Anyone else have this problems? TIA

Did you print them from her 4shared file? They should be fine. I have used these.

another printing question, do you print double sided? Maybe someone could clarify
