Anyone know which is the best time of day to go? I'm going to the Yonge/Sheppard one in North York, Ontario. It was a killer last time in February trying to get the passport for a March trip...

I applied online for mine, therefore went to the front of the line to do both mine and my son's. I had to go back several times for my son's but they gave me a pass each time to the front of the line when I went back. Not even time to sit down after I had our applications checked. But the office was very busy when I went first thing and mid morning. The third time I went after 3:30 and there was hardly anyone in there.

I received my son's passport today, and I wasn't even home but my son was so he was allowed to sign for it!! One week from application time to door delivery!!!
