Hey guys!! I'm getting married in February. For our honeymoon, we're doing 5 day at Disneyland and then flying back to Orlando(we live here) and going on the fantasy. I'll have two days in between that I was hoping I could get my name change taken care of. My question is, I have my passport with my maiden name on it, and I'm booked on the cruise under my maiden name, so would it matter if my license has been switched to my married name before I cruise? I'm probably going to call to double check, but I know you guys are generally pretty knowledgeable about this stuff! Thanks! :-)

Just make sure you book everything in the name on your passport, it is considered ID and you should not have to show anything else.

I flew to mexico and was lucky that the gate agent caught that my passport was still under a different name and she was able to change all of my flight info or I might have had a hard time coming back.

Your passport will be considered your identification. so as long as everything is booked under the passport name you shouldn't have any issues..

Definitely keep everything under the maiden name. Biggest mistake newly marrieds do, is to book the honeymoon in the new name. Name changes take some time.

(was so nice to not have to worry about any of that, though on our honeymoon DH got called by my last name, which was funny)
