My passport (real one...not Disney one!) runs out in October - will I still be ok for travel 15/4-21/4. Do I need 6 months free on it?

My cousin only had 3 months left and we went no problem, I am 100% sure you are ok xxx
To be on the safe side though phone the passport place in Glagow (I think)

Good luck xxx

the closest I have been (on my EU passport - German) is one week. I was flying out of CDG and had already applied for a new one at the German consulate. LH agent commented but no issues at all.

I have traveled in europe with an out of date passport. It can be up to 1 year out of date befroe they will not allow you to fly.

AFAIK most UK airlines would stop you since they will be concerned that the entry country rejects your entry. The airline is then liable for the return air costs :)

You'll be fine, I read somewhere immigration states 90 days remaining on your passport when you return.

Much coolness - thanks folks.

I did look at the Ryanair site for info and they state that any costs incurred due to non entry would be passed onto the customer......
