We are brand new members of DVC and VERY excited!! I have spent every night online planning our first trip ( I can't do anything until November, but I am already planning) My question to you all is, what have been your experiences with the NON DVC resorts through the interval exchange. We live about an hour from WDW so are true intention is to use the exchange motsly. Of course we bought Disney because of their rep with quality and service. Nothing is perfect, but I was just wondering what other folks experiences were????

Welcome Neighbors :) We have only used the Concierge collection to go to 2 places. The Grove Park Inn in Ashville N.C. This is were the Biltmore estate is located. The stay was great, the facilities top notch. We went in the fall and it was a bit too chilly for us though. The 2nd place we have exchanged for is the Tanque Verde Ranch just east of Tucson, Arizona in the Saguaro National Park. This is by far one of our best vacations ever. It is a fully working cattle and horse ranch. The exchange is all inclusive. All meals, snacks, drinks, events, horse riding, everything. I hope you don't limit yourself to exchanges. This is not the best bang for the buck compared to DVC resorts, plus you have to do a week at a time. Don't forget we have VB and HHI. We just got back from VB and are planning to go to HHI in the spring. We go to WDW like once every 2-3 years. You definitely don't have to do WDW to enjoy a stay at a WDW/DVC resort. :thumbsup2
