Passions soap opera question

I am working at home and Passions is on in the background so I just kinda get most things.
Please, oh please tell me I am not understanding this correctly.
I shall try to word this as discreetly as possible. Last week the rapist was in Fancy's room when Luis was sleeping on the couch. They showed the rapist w/ a condom in his hand and then going for Luis' pants and then they showed a smile on Luis' face.
They keep talking about how Luis and Fancy have never had sex and now they are making him the rapist. Are they going to have Fancy get pregnant w/ Luis child through some creepy insemination process and she will not be happy because she will think the child was conceived by rape?
If so this is the sickest thing yet in daytime TV. I mean the extent of what they showed not necessarily the rape. Unfortunately a lot of rapes in soap operas.

That kind of freaked me out at first but as I looked closer I realized that the frame of the person in black was to small to be the rapist ( the clothes were even baggy). I believe it was Sherridan pulling some stunt and the real rapist(spike) came in later.

I totally agree, that has to be a woman, it's too small to be Luis, but honestly, this whole uis and Fancy thing makes me want to puke.: :

I know absolutely nothing about Spike but that he really seems like a jerk. Has it truly been showed to be him or we just assuming due to HUGE hints?

I haven't seen anything that confirms Spike as the rapist but so far that's the only person I can tie it to. They have the same build and if you watch closely they move alike,not to mention that Spike gets a kick out of toying with people,kind of like the rapist is doing with Fanny

HJENTINA...I agree about the Fanny and Louis love triangle, all I can say is YUCK.

I keep closed captioning on so I can keep volume down and it said "Mans voice" although that does not mean anything.
Double ugh! I guess Sheridan used it to get herself pregnant w/ Luis' baby.
How much of this garbage is going to get resolved before it gets cancelled this summer?
