Im having trouble opening the passholders secion at the disneyworld site. I put in my name and pass info from the back of my pass, but then the same page comes back up, needing my info again and the bar at the bottom of the screen says 'error on page'. I tried to create a log in with my new email.. and the same thing happens. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance

I've had the same problem before ...

Make sure the dates are entered in the right format - i.e. two numbers for year - 05, not 2005 ... and details like that.

Also - if you've entered the info on the website before and chosen to have it saved, it often changes slightly when you log on again so you have to make sure it is correct.

Hope this makes sense.

Make sure you dont have pop ups blocked cause it gives you a security alert.

And is has to read exactly what is on the card. For some reason even when it saves my info I have go in and put a 0 in front of the 5 for the month and erase the 20 in the 2005 for me to login every time.

I always have a hit or miss luck with the Disney web site if I use Netscape.
If I use Internet Explorer I have no problem.

I posted this somewhere else too asking for help, yes I have pop up blocker so I cant get the directions for how to log onto the site, can someone please help me, I figured out the lst section, the code from the back of my ap, then is the next part, the activation code date? and what is the last part I need, its says something like ####. Can someone help? TIA

in all my many tries, i have never successfully made it into the site...
i don't even bother trying anymore...

Somewhere on this board there is an exact description of what you have to do to get the number entered correctly. I think it's up in the Codes and Rates section. The Disney passholder website itself does not explain/ask for it in the correct way which is why we all have trouble. I will look for a link to the correct explanation. BRB

Oops! Not on this site so I can't link you. Hopever, I think I can tell you: look on the Mousesavers site, click on the top link to the Passholder Best Rates page, then scroll down near the bottom where it shows exactly how to enter your numbers. BTW, I didn't renew my AP in time, and had to buy a new one recently. The numbers on the voucher work fine as a log-in to the passholder website.

I thought turning the pop up blocker would do the trick... it didnt.. I get an error on the page as soon as I click the passholders link from the first page. Its driving me insane!!! Why wont this work for some people??

I have had problems like this is the past and the only thing that worked for me is to send an e-mail to the good Disney people with my pass info and they got it working in a couple of days.
