Passholders discounts updated!

Just rec'd the email that the passholders rates have been updated now though 8/14. It doesn't help me much since our next trip is 8/23-30 but I know a bunch of you have been anxiously awaiting the updates.

Now if only they would release the GP rate for 8/14+ so we can see what's in store so I can decide what to do for our trip.

I am staying at Bay Lake Tower in June and the Passholder rate and the General Public rate is the same at that level. I already have the GP rate so this did not save me any money.

It is about time! I called today and they told me that the AP rate was still the same. Guess I will call again tomorrow Edited to say that I just checked my email and I got the same one, but the link will not let me put my dates in I hope they fix it soon!

The website has the info, but you still can't book on-line. Have to call. I like to price things on-line first. Hopefully it will be functioning tomorrow.

And, I am STILL waiting for the email to tell me about it.

For values the general public rate that expires on the 27th is better. Just called. I really feel the AP rate should be the best.

How is that possible? The GP rate is listed as 25% off and the AP rate is listed as 30% off. I had a mod booked at the 30% GP rate and got the extra 5% with the AP rate. Not a huge difference, but it's something.

The GC deal is still better for us, by about 125.00.
I think it is because we are a 4th July trip.

We have 4 nights at a value $414( one weekend night) with the new AP deal it would be $433. I know we received more than 25% off with the GP deal. Don't know how but that's what comes up even on the website. It was even better than the bounceback.

I found the same thing for the values. We had a PIN code for the a percentage off (cant remember) yet when I went into the website for the GP code it was less. I called a CM and she said the website didn't include tax (which it did). I didn't feel like arguing with her. The next day I got a free dining QS pin code and applied that instead.

This is making no sense. I have Pop booked with the GP discount and my ressie is 810.86. With the AP discount I'm being quoted 1170.00 This is for 6/3 - 6/11 (8 nights). I wonder if the online booking process is not calculating the discount?

I just realized the 1170 is paying rack rate for the room. Online is not calculating any ap discount.

I just tried to book on-line this morning and it still won't let me put in my dates. What is up with that? I've never had an issue in the past where it took this long for the website to be updated.

I had to call to check, and the AP discount is the same as the one I already had. Got the 40% off bounceback last Dec., I was hoping AP rate would be 45% off. Oh well, I still got a fantastic deal!

I just called to check on my ressie at AS Music for 8/13 & 8/14. I had a GP rate at $227.14 for the 2 nights. With the AP rate my new price is $212.00. Not much of a savings, but I took it. We are arriving 2 days early for our free dining bounceback which starts on 8/15/10.

I did not try online...I read of all the problems so I figured it was easier to call. I was on hold for about 10 minutes. I then called back & switched my ressie to Animal Kingdom Lodge. I'm so excited - my DD has always wanted to stay there!!!!
