Passholder ?

I dont now if this is the correct board to ask this? I receivede a letter today thanking me for becoming a passholder and that now was the best time to become one. The problem is that i have been a passholder for several years. The letter sounded like i just purchased my passes. Has anyone else received this type of letter. We have to renew our passes at the end of May, but this lettewr said nothing about that. It did give us a voucher for a free pal mickey rental. Any help?

call the passholders number on the ticket jacket and ask them.

I have never gotten a letter like that either. My DH and I renewed ours in February, and our DS's is coming up for renewal in June and we haven't gotten anything like that. I agree, call and see if you can figure out what is going on! Good luck!
