Passholder Site

Is anybody having trouble getting into the passholders site? I was in there permanetely but something must of happened. It wouldn't let me this morning and wanted me to put all my info in again. I did and it said invalid #. I know my numbers are correct and that my passholderis valid. HELP

I've been having that problem for a couple of weeks now.

If I'm even able to log in, it won't keep me logged in. I tried it on DD computer (also using IE and same provider) and it worked fine. Then I thought to use Mozilla on my computer and it worked! If anyone knows how to solve this tech problem I'd really like to know.

I finally got in. I think I was using the wrong form....

I've seen alot of problems with the passholder site, however I access it everyday and it's never been down. The problem may be that everyone's bookmark may need to be updated and/or have the system cache cleared.
