We have a Disneyland Signature Plus annual passes and are heading to Disney World Saturday! (Yea!!) We plan on upgrading to the Premier Pass. Naturally I have some questions. (Please help!!)
We pay the difference to upgrade - is the difference from the amount we paid before the increase or the difference between the current prices?
Does our financing it (since we’re in CA we’re allowed to pay monthly) effect anything?
Can we upgrade at Disney Springs guest services?
Can I get Tables in Wonderland at Disney Springs?

1. Correct.
2. That can be subject to whomever you encounter at the upgrade location.
Under "normal" circumstances, you would pay the difference between what you originally paid at DL
and the current cost of the AP.
3. From what I've read, you would likely owe the remainder of your unpaid balance
at the time of the upgrade. (It might be possible to arrange a revised payment plan.)
4. Maybe. That kind of AP can only be purchased/upgraded at specific Guest Relations at WDW.
(i.e., it cannot be done at Epcot's International Gateway Guest Relations.)
5. Yes. (And, at any other GR at WDW.)
The Disney Springs Guest Relations is called "Welcome Center."
