Can an annual pass holder purchase the Disney Dining Plan? is there a discount? Ive called Disney twice this morning and was given 2 different answers....figured i should just go to the experts at disboards!!!

You need to book a ticketless package with just room/dining. Disney is currently letting anybody book this way if they call to make the reservation (not online). Passholders can book a ticketless package online but they must do it through the passholder page on the Disney website. No discounts on the plan, you may be eligible for an AP discount on the room if they are available.

You can't get the free dining or stay play & dine promotions that way, they require a package reservation with a minimum ticket purchase.
