Passholder package with dining

Hi all-- my family has done two trips to WDW for the last few years, and I'm starting to think annual passes might be the way to go. I worked out the cost of the passes, and I know the dining plan is regular price, but I was wondering if anyone could share their passholder room discounts with me. We usually stay at either POR or AKL, so rates for those two resorts would be most beneficial. Thanks in advance!

I can tell you that the AP rate that was just released for the mods is $99. That's what it was when we went in January, also, but we paid the higher $115 for a king room at POFQ.

I just checked for AKL in Sept and the standard room rate was $144. Pool view was $154. Pool view BB was $174. Savannah view BB was $239. Not sure what a regular savannah view room would be - none available for the period I picked, I guess.
