There is a spot for our names and signatures. Do they have to be signed before using them, do they have to be signed at all? I don't want this to hang us up at the gate that morning.

I've never had to sign them. Although my kids sign them...I think that they think that it makes them "official".

Just got back from using them. You will have to sign them. We did it in the hotel room before going to the park. First time we used them, nothing. But then, the second and third day of using them, we had to sign a piece of paper at the entry kiosk and they actually verified the signature from the pass.

Also, I am a very innocent and sweet looking person. :earboy2: Seriously.

We (my husband and I) used our passes Sat. 12/11, Sun.12/12 and Mon.12/13. We were asked every time to sign(except on re-entry on the same day) The first time we signed on the pass and the second and third day on a sheet of paper at the turnstiles. They also asked for photo id on the second and third day. There is a sign at the turnstiles stating that multi-day passes must be signed and photo id must be presented.

Holy Cow!!!! What are kids supposed to do? I don't have a picture ID for them. Signing a piece of paper??

Is it me or are things getting REALLY CRAZY ?!?!?!?!

It did not take that long to go through the turnstile (We did have our photo id ready). Actually found the process to be quicker than Disneys as we encountered no problem with the ticket reader. However. waiting to pay for parking was ridiculous. There was ONE (and I am not kidding only one) person taking money for parking on Sunday afternoon around 2 pm- took us 1/2 hour to get to the booth.

I would imagine that it is protection for you and them. If your tickets were lost or stolen, the person attempting to use them would have to sign and the sigs wouldn't match.
