I get my regular tickets through Undercover Tourist, have used them for years with no issues. They show you how much off of gate price you save if buy through them.

Yes, there are authorized ticket resellers.
You should use the Ticket Finder at Touring Plans to find out what one is the best deal for your needs. Though they really don't differ greatly. Usually less than $5 between them all. And usually range from $10-$50 off Disney prices.
