Passenger name change Dis Cruise

Hi i cant seem to get thru to dvc. I booked a cruise, dont think that my niece can go on the cruise now. Does anyone know if the passenger name can be changed? I used dvc points to book

Yes, you can but any change to a DVC points cruise will result in a new $95 fee.
