Just got the news today and so ready to have the pts available to add days on to our existing Christmas trip!

100 pt contract AKV @ 67 pt, i pd closing. all 2012 and on pts! Kept my same home resort and UY. Seems to make things easier so I am hoping that was a good decision!

Congrats! We purchased a 105 pt AKV resale for $67/pt a couple of months ago, which I think is a great price for a small contract. We paid closing and 2012 MF's. We were lucky to get 74 points from 2011. We we're able to get our same UY and all points 2012 forward. We have a 50 point add-on which is a different UY, and I have decided that any future add-on's will be the same UY as our original contract.

Congrats on passing ROFR!! We passed ROFR last month and are closing this weekend on our DVC purchase. Can't wait for our family to enjoy that first trip as DVC members!!
