JUST HEARD BACK FROM JAKI EARLIER, AND WE PASSED ROFR TODAY. CAN'T WAIT UNTIL WE CLOSE AND ARE ABLE TO BOOK OUR BANKED POINTS THAT NEED TO BE USED. I AM SO HAPPY CONSIDERING I AM LIKE THE MOST IMPATIENT PERSON IN THE WORLD.

Congratulations! I unfortunately was nailed with the ROFR earlier today. But I don't quit that easy and within 2 hours had gone to contract on another. You know the deal....if at first you don't succeed.........

Not at all. VB 150pts April use yr. w/ 73 banked @ 62 pts. I honestly didn't think it would go but the price was soooooo good I had to try. Perhaps if I had tried a month or two sooner. Alas I'm back in the pipe again on a very comparable contract w/ 150 banked. This time I offered above the asking price and think I actually have a very good chance.
