Passed ROFR at SSR

We are so excited! We finally heard today, 10/8, that we passed ROFR. We had been looking for the perfect contract for a long time, and it finally came through. 150 pts for 58.00 pp. Sent to Disney on 9/16. Yay!!! Now we can plan even more fun Disney vacations!

Now I'm nervous because ours was sent 9/13 and 9/17 SSR $55/point and $59.90/point loaded with seller paying all closing and maint. fees for 2012/2013. Not sure if either is going to get through....

Wow, that is a great deal--I'm glad I found this forum bc those prices are much lower than a lot of what I have seen there at resale. I hope I find a good deal when I am ready to buy.

It is really great to see these contracts getting through ROFR. Makes one think that Disney itself thinks that the current DVC resale market is overheated.

Hopefully for those of us with addonitis, the price curve will trend back down. Congratulations!

Wow, that is a great deal--I'm glad I found this forum bc those prices are much lower than a lot of what I have seen there at resale. I hope I find a good deal when I am ready to buy.

We went through Fidelity. It was hard to find a SSR contract that we liked. I looked for a couple of years for a Feb. use year (I already own at BLT). I guess we just had a motivated seller. I was actually on the phone with Sharon about another contract when she said, "I just got one that hasn't been on the computer yet". Who knew it would have turned out to be such a great deal. Good luck finding a contract that suits you!
