All I want is some assistance at the airports!!!
As my DH is totally blind and I have the 2 kids, one still in a buggy , all I want is a Skycab or porter to give us a hand with the bags so I can push DS2, guide DH and cling onto DS1 to stop him racing off.
I went to TA to change Insurance details and asked them to ring united for me about Disabled assistance - they only provide wheelchair assistance - fat lot of good that'll do me?? - How can i push a wheel chair, Luggage trolley and a buggy????
Contacted United via website - advice - ring reservations - again???
Heathrow, Dulles and Orland all say contact airline - United!!!
Around and around and around I go.
Plus the queues on the phone to United are interminable(sp).
I don't have the time to hang around in a queue.
Any ideas out there??
