Pass Upgrade

I called Disney and asked about upgrading my FTP pass to an AP. Talked with two differend CMs and, of course, got two different answers. One told me to check with Guest Relations at my resort. The other told me to check with Guest Relations at one of the parks. Any input??

It is my understanding that any UMP purchased within a package cannot be upgraded.
I am sure Golden Oldie will have the complete story.

Good thing you didn't call four different CM's.

Any UPH passes that are sold as part of a vacation package (such as Dream Maker, Fairytale, etc) cannot be upgraded. They cannot be changed or altered in any way. That's also why you cannot drop an arrival or departure day from your UPH when using packages.

Any UPH passes that are purchased and added on to a room-only reservation or that are purchased upon arrival at the resort can be upgraded.
