Hi all can anyone tell me if i can buy mickeys xmas party tickets from disney shops before we go or to i have to buy online? if so where from thankyou for any advice you can give me.

You can only buy the Xmas party tickets directly from WDW in the US. To buy them online go here and scroll down. Alternatively you can ring CRO direct...I can't remember their number off the top of my head...if you need it and no-one's given it to you already by then, I'll post when I get home from work.
