Personally, as a party of two adults, I'd do the Tiffins dining package for $68 per person. Tiffins is arguably one of the best restaurants on property. The package gets you a beverage, appetizer, entree, and dessert, and if you paid out of pocket for all of that you would easily hit $68, meaning the price of the package is covered in the value of the meal alone. Essentially, you get the Rivers of Light reserved seating for "free." Also, I believe the Rivers of Light reserved seating for the dining package is more centrally located than the reserved seating for the dessert party.
