Party of 4 at BCVs, can we check in day later?

We own at BCV's, and have our son and daughter in law also on our reservation in October. We decided to let them enjoy the studio by themselves, on the first night and we will stay in their home close by. How does check in work, once they check in we're all checked in? So when we come the next day, do we not have to go thru the process?

If you do online check in you will be texted a room number and never even need to stop by the front desk for either party.

If you arrive a day later than your kids the only reason you would need to stop by the front desk is to set up a separate credit card on your account from your kids. Otherwise your magic bands should just work as though you were there the whole time.

If they don't receive the text they can still go to the front desk without you assuming they are old enough to check-in without an adult!
