Party (MNSSHP + MVMCP) Reservations Loaded Now!

Correct me if I am wrong but on party nights the first MVMCP dinner packages start at 6:30. Does that mean that the ADR made by people without party tickets will be allowed to take say two hours+ for dinner or will they "rush" them gently? How has this worked in the past?

You won't be rushed, but someone will escort you to the exit of the park when you are finished.

Just so you are aware. I'm reading that there is no beast on MNSSHP & MVMCP party nights. You may want to double check this.

The food comes out pretty quickly, so the pace is really up to you and what you order. We actually complained last time because we were still eating our appetizers (at a table with 9 people who all ordered appetizers) and they were putting our entrees on the table.

Gotcha thank you! I don't want to get rushed but I still want to enjoy the party so I need a happy medium.

The only character dining those evenings at MK will be Crystal Palace. I'm a little bummed on that too, but it's still French cuisine, so I am keeping my reservation unless I can get it for a character time on my other night at MK.

It can also depend on how big your party is, and of course how fast you normally eat. I would imagine one or two people would have less trouble getting through apps before entrees are out than a larger party. I also tend to eat quickly.

Going to upgrade my ticket to a 4 Day or 4 Park, depending on which is possible. Exploratory trip before I invest in a Platinum Plus Annual Pass(purchased during a trip in 2018 if I purchase one). Gotta know if it will be worth it for me in the long run.

Check Frontier for flights, along with Southwest. Frontier is running a FL sale now. I am about to look for my two upcoming trips(the second one, in December, is a Disney/SeaWorld/Bahamas Cruise trip with my mother....September is solo).

I am still trying for dinner on another non party night, but who would be the definitive answer on whether the Beast will be there? I have seen posts where people have met the Beast during parties, I have seen the same thing about character dining being unavailable. I have seen where people don't consider BOG character dining normally so that that wouldn't be affected. Would a call to Disney straighten this out? This is only our 2nd trip to Disney and the first attending a party .

The site is saying that only Crystal Palace(I know, I was bummed too, so I get how much more difficult it would be for a child) will have character dining at the parties this year, and that may have been different in past years. Still, it would not hurt to double check with Disney.

Be Our Guest normally has character dining only for dinner service though, so you really may need to keep trying. Remember, a lot of people got the Disney Dining Package, so it may be difficult to get reservations, but most restaurants have a few cancellations here and there as your dates get closer. I would check throughout the day on that.

This will be my first trip inside the Disney theme parks so just going with what sounds good to me. Plus, it's a 5 minute walk to Central Plaza and 15 to Frontierland, if I read the map right.
