Thanks for asking/starting this thread... I have been wondering the same! We printed our copy in early October but heard from several Dis members that they were not "final" and more places would be added. I am hoping that is the case because lots were missing (when comparing the 2007 to the 2008 brochure)!

The "Official" Disney World web site has a 2008 Dining Plan brochure available now that lists participating restaurants.
However, if experience tells us anything, some non-Disney owned restaurant contracts may not yet be finalized and these restaruants may be added later. This was true in 2007 for many WS restaurants.
