Participant List for VMK Gingerbread competition

I'm in (Goofy_Bob) and my girlfriend Pirate_Redhead is in too.

I was just wondering if it might be possible to put some kind of mark or comment next to those individuals who have already been judged. This might help us that are waiting anxiously to be judged see if there is any rhyme or reason to the order of judging.

Just an

:thanks:

Okay, I've added any here who posted about being judged and also went through the 'judged' thread and took down those names too. Anyone else who has been judged, just let me know, and I'll add/and or check you off of the list as well.:)

bumping for anyone else to let me know if they want on the list or have been judged.

I'm a little late, but fantasymooma is in the competition and has been judged.

Also I think Acebugdozer and Slinkyman have been judged. I know Bug was, but not sure about Ink.

It was late and i was ready to go, when in came Phinny to judge the room.
It was nice to see her, but some of the people that followed were very rude to her, asking for free stuff. She was very nice and polite to the rude individuals. There are too many beggers in this game that want everyting for free instead of working for stuff. Thanks again Phinny, your job as a judge is not easy, your the best. :cool1: :cool1:

I am real curious on the statement people make about people following these hosts in to judge. I was judged by Fin and nobody followed her in and I told nobody she was there till after, but esentially they don't have people on their list so unless someone is told or the happen apon the host I find it real odd that this is happening so much. I don't think it effects the judging so no need to worry, but I am not understanding how all these people randomly find the host.

Interesting discussion related to judging.

There were 3 friends hanging in my room with me, waiting. The SECOND a host entered my room about 5 or 6 players (none of whom are on my friends list and I will not list names, but several are very well known kids here) flooded my room. I didn't mind. I thought it added to the fun of the room. However, I found it really interesting and have no clue how it happens.

I was unlucky enough to have 1 very insistent kid who wanted to ask Lily a question. He would not stop with "I have a question," "Could you answer a question" "Lily! Lily!" This was my 3 minutes to show my hard work and have it judged. I am sure that the hosts are accustomed to doing their work despite these distractions, but we as players are not. I was torn between using the boot button and not wanting to be rude by using. Lily aided me with making my decision by telling the kid that it was not "Ask the Host" time and I appreciated that from her.

In retrospect, I wish I had just put my room on friends only so that I would not need to wonder if others kept my room from being fully appreciated during my few minutes of judging time. How they find the hosts, I have no clue.

I did that on my room when Host_Hula arrived. Funny thing tho, the first person in the queue after I did that still was able to get in my room even though he was not on my list. (Must have just squeaked in when I changed it.)

I think they way they are able to find the Host is if they determine a pattern of who is judging and how (ie. who was just judged guess who will be next) and then just search. So people waiting to be judged, get ready to lock your room to prevent the crowds from coming.

I was judged on thurs. 1/3/08 at 4:00 p.m. Lucky for me that I was in my room and room was locked to friends list because it was early when Host Phinny said "Hi, Hi! Can I put a flag in your room?" I said "oh yes! She came in and tried out a seat on the gingerbread house and remarked that she liked my roof and chairs. Thank you Phinny, your the best.:yay:

I got judged a couple of days ago...
