part-time benefits?

My college kid just got a part-time (not seasonal) job at Disney
Can someone tell me what his benefits will be - can he bring family/friends into the park for free and if so how many at a time, and how many times???

He will get a blue main entrance pass that allows him to take up to 3 guests in for free, up to 16 times in a calendar year. He can get it any time with his cast id.
