Part of sons second middle name missing from flight confirmation -Delta

last year when I booked with Virgin I didn't enter middle names as you didn't have to and I had had a nightmare the previous year with middle names and Expedia. I booked with Delta a couple of days ago and on their booking page it says the name on the passport must match ticket exactly. So I entered our middle names. I learnt from the Expedia experience to take screen shots of every stage of the booking so I know it's ok. My sons name is Henry David William but the confirmation shows Henry David Willi ..... Now I have copies of the actual booking so not too worried but anyone had this issue before. Will I need to contact Delta. When you select seats it takes you through to the Virgin site and shows the shortened name. I seemed to be plagued with this. Our fault I suppose for giving him two middle names! His dad and both grandads are called David William so didn't have much choice!!

I'm sure it's not a problem, we had a similar issue with a long first name and middle name, part of middle name was missing, they'll have he complete name on their system. Ring and check for reassurance though
